PLS SUPER BAZAR — REFUND, RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
1. Damaged / Incorrect / Missing Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, incorrect, different from what you ordered, or has missing accessories, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
A package-opening video is mandatory for us to verify transit damage or missing items.
2. Manufacturing Defect
If you receive a product with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
After this period, applicable product warranty/service terms will apply.
3. Return Conditions
A return will be accepted only after verification and approval by PLS SUPER BAZAR.
The product must:
- Be unused and in its original condition
- Be returned with the original packaging
- Include all accessories, manuals and applicable documents
- Have the original brand/manufacturer packaging and MRP label intact, where applicable
- Meet the conditions communicated by our customer-care team
4. Product Exchange
We accept product exchanges, subject to eligibility and product availability.
For an exchange, the customer is responsible for:
Return shipping charges + shipping charges for the replacement product.
Exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by PLS SUPER BAZAR.
5. Return Shipping
PLS SUPER BAZAR does not arrange return pickup.
The customer must arrange the return shipment through a suitable courier service.
Return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
6. Missing / Faulty Accessories
If only an accessory is missing, incorrect or faulty, PLS may provide a replacement accessory instead of replacing the complete product, subject to verification.
7. Non-Eligible Returns / Exchanges
Returns or exchanges may not be accepted when:
- The product has been used, mishandled or damaged after delivery
- The product is damaged due to improper installation or usage
- The required package-opening video is not provided when requested
- The product is returned without its original packaging/accessories
- The customer ordered the wrong product and did not cancel before dispatch
- The issue is reported outside the applicable 24-hour / 48-hour reporting period
